I agree with the rest of your piece, but on this point: Unless we think Bucky’s presence in the story is ONLY as a mechanism to support Sam’s ascent to Captain America, the Dora play a role in BUCKY’S story arc. It is, after all, the Falcon AND the Winter Soldier. I think Bucky is important in his own right, and Wakanda is important to him.

But I agree on Isaiah as the true moral center of the story. And there were candidly a bunch of scattershot plot points in most episodes. Still enjoyed it, but agree with your point about how the story betrays racial justice in the end.
