Not to defend Tim Denning, but he's Australian and lives in Australia; it's therefore a bit unfair to suggest he's responsible for ignoring failures of American capitalism, as you do twice. (I do agree that he sees only more hard work as the solution to everything, but he's hardly alone in this tendency among financial self-help gurus)
