See, this is such a white person error. Just because someone voted for Obama doesn't make them not racist. Assuming that -- like "I have a Black friend" or "I have a Black spouse" -- is part of the myopia that white people cling to. In fact, many of those Obama-to-Trump voters were activated specifically by xenophobia and racist appeals about "the wall" and "Mexicans." Voting for Obama isn't some get out of jail free card on racism.
