The Dora Milaje were there because Zemo, who killed King T’Chaka, was broken out of prison. That’s absolutely logical. Their presence also related back to Bucky’s character development, since his time in Wakanda was pivotal to his post-Steve Rogers, post-Winter Soldier era persona. So I’ve definitely got to disagree with you on that; the presence of the Dora Milaje made sense on multiple levels.
