There seems to be little recognition of the stresses of the (ongoing!) pandemic at this point. It’s like we are supposed to all be fresh and performative. I am high risk and take care of an octogenarian parent at home; the pandemic hasn’t ended for me. Yet the work continues apace; fortunately, from home, for which I am grateful.
