There’s a lot to like in this essay, but it ignores a key issue: Not all dyadic thinking is equal. In the US, we have one political movement that is anti-science, believes climate change is a hoax, is vaccine hesitant, and ethno-nationalist. That’s a fact, not a figment of dyadic thinking. We must oppose the GOP, a fascist movement allied to oligarchy, if we are to ever fiz the climate crisis or the extinction crisis or racism or inequality. That’s also a fact.
