This is easily disproven. 75%+ of Americans want protections for preexisting conditions in healthcare, which includes many Republicans, yet Republican politicians have tried for a decade to overturn the ACA, which guarantees coverage for preexisting conditions. This is true across issues: people want clean air, higher minimum wages, and even basic gun control. One side -- the fascist side -- never delivers on these preferences. And their voters still support them in a cult-like fashion.
