What's missing -- egregiously -- is the 0.1%, let's say those with $10+ million. They are the true nobility; they exert disproportionate power over our politics. Really the billionaire class, from Charles Koch to Michael Bloomberg, has bought politucal power and also occupies another stratosphere -- literally, in Jeff Bezos' case.
