Wouldn’t it be lovely if, someday, we built a society that understood the nuances of gender; that didn’t force children into rigid rules; and that accepted everyone as they are. It all sounds so simple, and yet it obviously isn’t. Instead, we have widespread violence against gender-noncomforming and trans people. Thanks for aharing your story.
